Customer
Online Shopping - We have created technologies that provide
customers with a complete online vehicle information source and
tools to select a new or used vehicle, request test drives and price
quotes, obtain pre-approved financing, even book a service appointment.
Customers
go to a dealer’s web site from home or office and click a button to
go to any department or section.
Sections
include New Cars, New Car Specials, Used Cars, Used Car Specials,
Leasing, Leasing Specials, Service, Service Specials, Body Shop,
Parts, and Dealership Information. Customers communicate with the
appropriate department by clicking a button.
Features
Customers click the mouse to configure a new vehicle of his choice,
and request a quote.
An optional online calculator lets customers compare lease payments
to financing, factoring in various down payment and trade-in values,
and show payment terms and amounts.
Customers receive approval for Pre-Approved Financing usually within
60 minutes (during normal business hours)

DealerServices (CDS) provides New and Used Car dealers with Internet
based solutions that integrate internet communication technologies
with exiting management tools enabling dealers to seamlessly update
data live on the net.
Exclusive ‘EasyLoad’ Inventory Management Software
Most car dealers agree that the Internet must be an integral part
of their marketing strategy. However, there is one overriding complaint
by car dealers- the ability to update their inventory and pricing
on the Internet themselves, including the ability to add pictures.
Our dealer managed software does this, and more . . .
EasyLoad
can be added to an existing web site or built into a new web site.
It eliminates the requirement for dealers to fax or e-mail copies
of the latest factory incentives, used ca inventory or service specials
to the company managing and/or hosting your web site. You can simply
logon from any computer and make your own revisions anytime, anywhere.
We
have incorporated many of the features auto dealers expressed a
need for. The dealer’s experience told us it took their current
Web site designers too long to make changes, the industry language
was not quite right and the Service Specials were usually expired.
Now we have the solution – EasyLoad.
CDS will
design an EasyLoad Intranet that will enable you to Interface with your Web
site. You will be able to make changes to important time sensitive
sections, a your convenience, within your urgent time frame.

Inventory Search Engine
Another important feature that is now mandatory for dealer websites
is the addition of a search engine to enable customers to quickly
determine if a specific vehicle is in stock. If the requested vehicle
is currently not in stock, the customer is asked f he wants you to
find that vehicle for him. All inquiries are automatically acknowledged
with a responder e-mail.
Pre-Approved
Financing
When a customer applies for credit, their application information
will be sent to you. When approved customers receive a Congratulation
message and an invitation to visit your dealership to arrange a test
drive and delivery.
Conditional
approvals inform the customer that additional information is required,
while rejected applicants are told their applications ‘cannot be
processed electronically at this time’. Both categories of applicant
are then directed to visit your dealership to continue the process.
